Pre Fab Kits:

The Pre Fab Kit is the most cost effective way of delivery. This kit is built in sections and pre-painted to color on most structures. The kit is then stacked on pallets and banded to keep all parts in place. Most units are then shrink wrapped to protect and seal the kit. When this kit arrives to your location you will need at least four strong people available for unloading your structure. Some tools are needed for assembly and most kits come with instructions. We recommend someone with some carpentry experience to help with set up.

Assembled Structures:

If we determine we can ship your structure already assembled the structure will arrive with a truck and trailer. In most cases a small to medium size pick up truck with a trailer ranging in size from 18' to 30'. Access to your property must have the proper widths and heights suitable to fit the size of structure you ordered we must be able to back our truck and trailer and be able to touch your site at any angle. Once we get to your site our professional Delivery Drivers will do the rest. Sites must be free from protruding stumps and large rocks. A level site with crushed stone is recommended.

Delivery & On Site Assembly by Cedar Grove Outdoor Products:

Our crews do set up in NJ, MD, NY, DE, VA and PA. These structures are delivered as pre fab kits. Most walls and floors are pre-built and panted to color. Each crew we send out has 2-3 men and only takes approximately 3-5 hours to install a small to medium size structure. In most townships, you the customer needs a permit from the township or city before we start installation. Please check with them to make the job go smooth with no problems.
