1. What type of payments do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Certified Check and Cash
2. Do I need a carpenter or help to assemble a kit or pre-fab structure?
All kits come with instructions of how to do it yourself. Some carpentry is helpful but not needed. Our staff will be glad to help you along the way. It takes 2-3 people to carry and assemble most structures.
3. Do all structures include a floor?
Most structures include a floor unless otherwise stated or ordered.
4. Is a foundation necessary?
It is recommended even though most structures are built on 4x4 P. T. skids which allows ventilation under the structure to keep the floor clean and dry. Crushed stone or concrete prolongs the life of any wood structure.
5. What is the cost of shipping a structure to my home?
Costs are determined by distance and by state. They are also determined by whether you order a kit or a pre-assembled structure. Please contact us for a quote to your home.
6. Do I need a kit or a pre-assembled structure?
A kit is needed when you have no access for a truck and trailer to get back in your yard to drop off your structure. Or if you live a great distance from our location it is cheaper and easier to ship a kit that you would assemble. Pre-assembled structures are easy and quick to deliver as long as you have the room to get our truck to your site. There is no mess or loud machinery on site, its like an instant storage space we place the structure and you are ready to move your stuff in.
7. How long does it take to receive my structure?
Most structures only take 3-5 weeks. Custom built structures require 4-7 weeks.
